Our Mission at AcceleromicsHealth
AcceleromicsHealth is here to close the gap between a promising health technology and the patients who need it. Many valuable products stall not because the technology falls short, but because the route through clinical validation, regulatory review, reimbursement, and adoption is unclear. We make that route visible, and then we help you travel it. We began as a group of clinicians and researchers who kept hearing the same questions from founders: Is my product a medical device? What evidence will a hospital system expect? How do I get paid for this? Which market should I enter first? Those questions deserve answers from people who have sat on both sides of the table, as builders and as end users of health technology. Today we advise early-stage and growth-stage companies across remote monitoring, digital therapeutics, clinical decision support, telehealth, health data platforms, and medical AI. Our work spans the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
What We Do
Clinical Affairs: clinical workflow integration, medical advisory, study design, evidence generation strategy, and introductions to leading academic medical centers and investigators. Regulatory Affairs: product classification, FDA pathway strategy for Software as a Medical Device, submission planning, quality system readiness, and engagement with CMS, state agencies, and international regulators. Risk Management: identifying and mitigating economic, operational, compliance, privacy, and regulatory risk, including readiness reviews ahead of fundraising or partnership diligence. Strategy and Market Access: go-to-market sequencing, payer and provider value propositions, reimbursement pathway analysis, and international market entry planning.
